    Just wanted to say...cannot be easter time..have to be with family. As for summer herping..I catch ALL kinds of snakes on hot summer days!! Garters can be found during the day out and about as for the others they come out when the sun goes down!! I think it is a great time to go herping other than when they first come out of hybernation..that would be the very best time.

    Here's a job for you then, Jenny... find us a camp site! As close to Wilmington Airport as possible. I e-mailed a few a while ago, but never received a response... I guess it was closed season then.

    Also, anybody think we should hire a mini-bus to get us around while we're there? Just a thought!

    My thoughts are there may be very little to see around our camp site/base. So we may need to get out and about to better herping spots.... a mini-bus would be better than a convoy of cars, don't you think?
