Nice looking snake. I would caution that you may want to check with Maine DNR or F&W on whether or not they consider reptiles as small game, in which case a small game hunting license would be required. they aren't a protected species so there's not problem there, but you aren't allowed to sell or trade it to anyone since it's WC. I had a "learning experience" with this when I posted about a gopher snake I caught and was going to keep once, Fish and game officials are not above lurking on forums.

In the spirit of the thread here is a photo from last summer....

Brett, Hmm IT work? I have been in that field since 1986, started as a Copier/fax repair tech. (Still a mainstay, too many "kids" mastering PC's and working for next to nothing)

I am self employed, and attempting to compete with manufacturers who sell machines for $400 with a flat screen is futile, just 5 years ago I could build a rockin tower for that and sell it for a grand without trying hard!

Once I could get big bucks to run a mile of cat5 in an office, but now we have USB wireless adapters that end users can install themselves no one wants to pay $100 an hour to have me do it for them.

So I put that big spread of property out back to work for me and built a motocross track (my neighbors love me for it NOT)

    ROCKY ROOST

    Regards,
    Wayne

    Re: Ahhh he bit me!!

Haha, Thats a good bite! Yea, I have been doing IT for over 10 years now.. Went to a tech school for a bit and landed a good gig right out of school. My job soon went overseas Luckly I found another. I dont do much with hardware really. I am more of a backend guy dealing with systems at an OS / Services level. Using a lot of OpenSource is my primary focus but can do anything with windows. Just started up my own Business (LLC) got my first 800 bucks in lol... Long ways to go

Hell, if I could put a motorcross track in my backyard I would not be doing any IT thats for sure Nice job! I had a KX 250 a while back and did nothing but hurt myself on it.. Was fun though!

    My recent project...

1979 IT175. I had an identical bike back in high school. Picked this up off eBay for $430. Only has 1000 miles on it. Been redoing the graphics on it. Needs a new ring I beleive.

    ....another IT guy here too.

    Re: Ahhh he bit me!!

Brett, Sometimes I have to do IT to buy things I need for the track.

Sounds stupid, but If I need a $500 water pump by this weekend, I go out and earn it, then buy the pump. (irrigation for dust control)

During the winter IT keeps me from (UGH!) punching a frakin time card.

Those KX machines are VOLATILE, I have a smooth Suzuki, it rolls on without that abrupt spike in power Kawasaki's are known for.

But over the last few years, Kawi's (Bubba) have kept Honda on their toes!

    Regards,
    Wayne
