I have to say since seeing a picture of a San Fransico Garter Snake about twenty years ago and seeing some recent ones lately i agree they are probally
the best looking Garter Snake around.

Of the garters that I have kept to this point, T s concinnus- Oregon Red-spotted have been my favorite. Very active, unreal appetite, and easy to handle.

I have both, San Franciscos and Oregon Redspotted and as stunningly beautiful as I think the first are, the second win in character. Never refused food, active, curious and look well, just simply cool.

Actually, Reed, I can't. To me they look like toys... or candy. They have no appeal to me at all... but 'to each, his own'.

Yeah, concinnus rate very highly in my opinion. Mine are growing very nicely now.
