I get a big black page that says that the video will run when it's downloaded, and to be patient, but I've had that window open all morning (two of them at this point) and I think I'd be getting impatient by now if that's all I were looking at
there's no "play" button
it must be something about my computer

I often have this happen though
and it does say "done" at the bottom strip where the loading status is

I think it needs a plugin. Firefox did the same thing, but IE was kind enough ask for something.
