    I think it'd be ok for a spider too, but it'd have to have some burrowing substrate... maybe that purple paper stuff! Lol.

    the blue rocks are making that snake appearing pinker than he actually is. thats why they took a picture of him on blue rocks

    also, I saw how someone mention dye injected fish, the most common ones are white tetras. They either paint them, inject them, or soak them in a dye solution. while it is harmless to the fish, the whole process tends to be very stressful on them and they often become ill with ick or fin rot and die a premature death. Other common dye injected fishes are glass fish and honey gouramis.
