    Some Of My Non-Garter Snakes

I keep more corn snakes than any other species, but I keep a lot of other snakes too. Here are some of the non-garters that I keep. I rarely buy less than a breeding pair of anything, so I have more of these types than the examples shown.

    1. Esteban: '07 Male Isla de Maize (Corn Isles) Boa (BCI)
    2. Vlad: '05 Male Lavender-Bloodred Corn Snake
    3. Maria: '05 Female Mexican Black Kingsnake

Couldn't really say no to any of them, that's certain.

You wouldn't happen to have a picture of the house snake's teeth, would you?

Thanks James, Stefan, and Sid. I just got the Corn Isles boa pair last week. I'm really liking them. The lav-blood corn is my favorite corn in my collection, and he's a stud (literally)! I can't even remember how many clutches of how many hatchlings he sired last year, which was his first breeding year.

Re: Some Of My Non-Garter Snakes

Oh wow! I think Vlad is my fav. But hard to say, they are all gorgeous!!!! What a great collection of snakes. And Ishmael... omg, too funny... I've been saving the name Ishtar myself!!!!!

Can I jump into your thread?? I wanted to post some new pics of my milksnake, and this seems a good thread. :-)

Here's Esme... I never, ever, ever, see this snake. Ever. At all. The only way I even know she's still alive is when she eats her two pinkies a week. LOL No, I look for her every few days to make sure she's ok. But she stays soooooo hidden. Anyway, I bought some of the Carefresh bedding tonite and re-did her tank and the garters'. So I got to spoil me by pulling her out!!!

And here she is on her new bedding, right before she dove under it and re-buried herself.

I do hope some day she relaxes enough to come out more. I kind of feel like this snake lives in fear all the time... Reed tells me milksnakes are this shy when they're young, but still, she shouldn't have to hide all the time. It's kind of sad...
