I found this guy at a local pet store. Can someone help me out with the subspecies?

hes got a nice light blue tint but you cant see it as well in the photos

I think it's a T. proximus proximus, but lets see what the ribbon experts say.

I would also say proximus proximus. But I'm also not an expert with ribbon snakes...
