    Nice snakes! That corn snake with your normal is a homozygous amelanistic (aka albino) corn, not a heterozygous (het) albino. It is expressing amelanism, not just carrying the gene in het form.

    Yeah, there's a difference. A het albino would only be carrying the amelanism/albino gene. It wouldn't be expressing amel/albino. Your corn has red eyes, so you know that it is expressing amel/albino. It IS an amel/albino.
