I am new to caring for snakes but recently my ball python got would chips stuck under the scales on his belly, closer to the end, near his tail. I gave him a bath to remove what i could and noticed some of his scales had come off. What should i do? I have tried to research online but have not found much. I am very concerned!

That sounds very serious and more than wood chips getting stuck. Does he have an infection? Other health issues? Post a photo.
