    been a long time member but have not been here in a long while.

    so we recently came new owners of a few garters that someone did not want anymore. don't know where they got them but they did say they had them for a while. we went camping and when we got back we were surprised with a small litter of 10 new babies. from what i be leave is a coast garter. one of the other is a cal red and the other one i don't know what it in. has a green/brown look. i will post pics in the right part of the forum soon.

    Not necessarily hybrids. Possible misidentification. Post pics of the adults if you can.

    I don't think so. That is the head shape of a garter in my opinion.

    20180808_183908.jpgthis is momma and has loose skin. She has plenty of water and stopped eating. She has not started eating again yet. She also looks like she is going to shed soon because her vibrant color is dull.

    Concinnus, Fitchii and Ordinoides to me. The mother is a very dark concinnus, the one with the brown snake looks like a typical fitchii and then the brown one is a northwestern.
