40gal Bioactive

Hey everyone, its been a while since I last posted. Since then, I've moved one of my garters to a 40 gallon, quarantined a new addition, and moved them in together. Recently my last big move was changing the aspen bedding to a bioactive substrate complete with plants, isopods, and a thriving population of springtails. I have never seen these two as active as they have been in the past months since the setup was completed. For those who have the space and money to spare, I can't recommend this enough
