ADMIN, is my account disabled for PM and emailing members?

Sorry for such a general question but I'm not sure how to contact an administrator....

I cannot see where I have any way of sending pm or emailing. Can this be fixed?

I usually take 5 post to move you into full privileges. I call an admin and see what's going on.

Yes, the software does this to prevent spam. after 5 posts you may have full use of PM rights.
