Even though it will be several months before I add some snake souls I wanted to give the other inhabitants a head start. The substrate is a mixture of coco husk, organic soil, and activated charcoal. I have a plant lineup of ajuta, polka dot plants, coleus, and a miniature jade plant. The cleanup crew consists of earthworms, springtails, and dwarf purple isopods.
I HATE Coleus; nothing wrong with it at all, I've just had to dissect so many of those for my plant physiology classes that I cringe every time I hear about it
