I always would bite my nails when I was really young. Almost all the way off some times ! My parents had to get this bitter spray stuff that they sprayed on my hands to get me stop. It was nasty. Never again.

my parents tried that one on me but I scraped it off with my teeth, then spend a few hours trying to get the taste out my mouth.
