Thx everyone ! Ed, the albino is a female. This is definately a Similis, I also got a female as blue as this male. Will try and get a pic up of her too.

Oh okay, I was wondering b/c I saw at petco a blue ribbon that looked very similar, well at least they "said" it was a blue ribbon anyway.

it probably was a blue ribbon...the blue ribbons and blue striped garters are very similar and if your not really experieced with either one you can easily get them confused for one another
