The eques species do seem to be the largest garters (excluding gigas). There are definitely larger females than my girl, Steven Bol has some T. eques scotti that are over 130cm that he mentions on his website. Take a look at Welcome at Steven Bol Gartersnakes - Steven Bol Garter Snakes
