I've kind of seen this coming for awhile now, but I found Harley dead in her tank tonight. It wasn't anything in particular, but her system had obviously sustained too much damage from last year's parasite problem, and I think being gravid with either babies or slugs would have been too much. I had her out checking on her a few hours earlier, and she seemed fine, then went in and found her curled around her water dish.
There wasn't any sort of discharge or evidence that she had been thrashing around or in distress, so I believe it was a heart attack since it happened so suddenly... She was definitely the most laid back and personable of my snakes.
