    my sister wants a small turtle

    that will stay relatively small, and shes giving me the task of finding one, any1 know of turtles that stay on the smaller side?

    I think Box Turtles (Terrapene carolina) are about the smallest....about 6 or 7 inches if I remember rightly. Google it to see if I'm right.
