An unrelated checkered garter of the opposite sex would be a good starting point. Other than that, what do you want to produce?

I didn't know that there were albino granites. Albino, yes. Granite, yes. But hadn't seen pictures of an albino granite.

They were first produced either last year or the year before and are still pretty rare in collections!

With checkered garters you don't have a whole lot of options at this point because there is only normal, granites, and albinos that are available right now! I have heard of other morphs in marcianus, but they seem to disappear after being produced! The good news is though that the granites are freaking awesome so I would do some outcrossing with some normal if I were you!

I love the pastels! i came across the albino granite checkered that im DYING to have... and the thought crossed my mind of what i may end up with if i crossed it with my albino checkered. just wanted to get everyones input on it. but yes im aware that checkereds are rather limited when it comes to breeding.

If your albino is not het for granite and you breed the albino granite to yours you will get all albinos that would be 100% het granite! If yours is het granite then you would get granite albinos and regular albinos!
