Baby update; baby has a name. Everyone, meet Viper.

So I kinda like the Viper, no I did not name baby. My kids are huge Kung Fu Panda fans. Baby earned her (not certain she's a she, sounds better than "it") name because she will get up a log, or water dish and "stand up", once up she stays like that for a long time, almost like she is watching things. The tank is above our dining table, so very central to people and animal action.
Viper seems to be doing well. Pretty active around the tank, she's had a shed, eating well (haven't seen her eat but food is gone the next day), and we can handle her for short periods without a complete freak out. Sharing some pics of the little Viper, beautiful shiny after a shed.

Nice looking little ordie. They can be very demanding and pushy once they get settled in and realize you are their pet. I love their attitudes.
I love my Northwesterns and am glad to see you are working with them. Very underrated Thamnophis.

I have one that is identical in color but maybe just slightly larger. If I think of it I'll show you sunday or monday. Photography tip: next time adjust the camera white balance to compensate for the spectrum of the light source and they won't come out so yellow. Or use natural daylight. You'll get more accurate color.
