    Kitka Pics

Bill and I went out to our favorite spot yesterday. We weren't looking to bring anything home, but....

She is a gorgeous blue and orange stripe girl. We'll hold off on the naming until she proves to eat consistently.

It's threads like this that make me wish I could just pop out and 'grab' myself a snake...a lovely looking girl.

Weather isn't favorable in Nebraska right now... rain.. wind.. sleet... snow (possibly)

Once it warms up I can usually find around 2 of them a day at the archery range... Its a nice set of trails and the wildlife there is protected!

Congrats on your find she is a beauty!

I'm fighting the desire to go out and find some Natrix natrix helvetica... Unfortunately the spots I know where I could find them are Sites of Special Scientific Interest, and it would be illegal to collect any from those sites.

Thanks everyone. She is a sweetie too. I just hope she eats for us. Her picture doesn't do the blue in her justice.
