    Pesticides

Living in an apartment I have to deal with some of these issues, right now it is "Cautionary bed bug treatment" So I found out they will be using 2 chemicals in my apartment

Konk 407 and Dragnet, your thoughts, experiences, precautionary tasks I need to do to protect my snakes

I'll me taking them out of my apartment in containers for a day, will be airing out the apartment afterwards. I'll be plastic wrapping my tanks as a precaution (that and its about $75 to clean my tanks)
and keeping them out for about 6-8 hours after treatment

I need a quick non tl;dr replies, because I only have about 3 hours to prepare from the notice I received last night

    please help

Pyrethrins, pyrethroids. Toxic to reptiles and not just a little.

"Cautionary bed bug treatment", waste of money.

    Re: Pesticides

I had bedbugs last spring. I was fortunate to have a shaded balcony where I could put the snakes for the day each time. I suspect "precautionary" means that someone in your building has a confirmed case.

I was told the spray is only harmful in liquid or aerosol forms and that the apartment is safe after adequate air exchange. My fish came through it just fine and everyone else was outside for a while.

    That would make more sense.
