    Thanks for the photo.

How much is she getting fed at a feeding? She looks really full in that photo.
I ask because some snakes don't handle being over fed(no offense) very well.

She is fed about 1- 1/2 worms every third day. When I am feeding pinkies she gets one small pinky.

I will keep an eye on her. Might have just been a little hitch.

    Re: Need Help feeding problem!

I have noticed that some of the baby similis will be shorter and more heavier bodied and some of them are longer and slimmer and it's usually the females that appear shorter and heavier. I have also noticed that some of them grow a little faster. This sounds more like a food issue either she ate too much or got too hot or cold so give her a day to rest and then offer a small meal. keep us posted on her status! It could have also been from movement if something sared her she could have regurged because in the wild if a snake has a full belly they will regurge if threatened. I hope she gets better and by the way they are looking great and coloring up real nice!

I will say that my female similis is growing far quicker than my male. Both are good feeders but the female definitely eats more! She is a lot heavier bodied than any of my other young snakes.

I would love to see pics of your similis sometime neil! Do you have stripeless ones or the typical striped ones?
