Sorry it didn't work out. When i first bought my house we went through three different contracts and the first one didn't pass inspections, the second on the day before closing we were told we were going to have to move on because the house had a lien against it so we were so disappointed at this time we wanted to switch realtors, but she called us up and said that she found us a house and we are so glad that the first two didn't work out because now we have what we really wanted.When you find the right house everything will fall into place. It took us well over a year to get our house, but now i have 2.5 acres a nice snake room and a nice house with huge rooms so were not cramped at all. I wish you the best of luck with your house hunting.
