Personally, I don't think you have enough garters. You need to add on to your home so you'll have room for more. And rodent pro or mice direct just needs to go ahead an open a facility next door so they can keep up.

An addition for more garters and a shed for breeding rodents... which is essentially what I'll be looking for when buying a house next year

Steve, where in Iowa are you located? I went to school in Davenport, Iowa and will be making a trip down there sometimes in the future for homecoming (not sure what year) but might be able to swing by if you are not too far from Davenport.
