    Today's unusual rescue

Thought all of you would get a laugh out of this. My duaghter-in-law call me at work. "I need help! There is a snake on my wall" This I had to see. Left work and arrived at their home 30 minutes later to find this:

Ever seen a snake taped to a wall before???

Is that a racer, ribbon or whipsnake?

Your first instint is the correct one Stefan. It's a JV Bklack Racer. Should have mentioned it, just having too much fun with this to think about it I guess.

For anyone wondering....this was't staged. The snake got between the wall and a picture my grand-daughter had taped up. It pushed against the picture causing the tape to pop loose and then crawled right onto it and could not get free. Wasn't very happy with the outcome.

Yes, no problem. Pulled the tape off the paper, then soaked the Racer and tape with cooking oil. After a couple of minutes the tape pulled off rather easily.

That trick works with "glue boards as well.

Damn, shouldn't have added those other two alternatives. I don't know if anybody noticed, but initially I just asked if it was a racer.

I saw that! I wondered why you added the others when you were obviously correct!
