Poor thing, im so sorry it went so crazy, whatever the reason.
I sincerely hope such growths aren't related to her lovely red coloration- I want her descendants to live long, healthy lives.

I'm very sorry to see the extent her condition had gotten to. I know she was a special girl, and you did what you couldto help her.

Sorry that she didn't have a little longer with you, but seeing the photos it's clear that you had no choice.
Cancer cells can be contained in a capsule which prevents their spread to a point, however a needle biopsy of the tumour shouldn't cause the cancer to grow more aggressively. I really think that the disease would have progressed the same way with or without the biopsy.
I wouldn't rules out future tests if they could make a difference to the treatment options.

Once again sorry for your loss.

Always sad to see one pass on. Sorry to read about this Steve, but know that this may help others and their snake buddies in the future.

Once again sorry for your loss.

This was more then a needle biopsy. I still think there is something to disturbing the cells.
It I understand correctly the body will try to walloff the cancer cells basically building barriers of defense. Knocking down a wall simple lets the cancer spread more readily.
I know this is a somewhat simplistic explanation of a very complex process and I don't want to come off as having all the answers.
I am in the dark as to what really happened to my Nova.
