Yeah, it was cut up. There was a piece that was a bit bigger though and she went for that one. I think if it were dead she would have been fine. I was so excited that she was eating I took this picture. It seemed much smaller in the bowl than in her mouth.

Sammi belly bulge.jpg Sammi ate both worm and tilapia pieces, I was so excited, I had to share.

Then there is Lacy who ate like 6 pieces of both worm and tilapia. She was stuffed! I love how her markings show when she is stuffed. I hope she has her markings look like that all the time when she gets bigger, that would be awesome.

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.

    Thanks!

How often should I feed these babies? Do they need it every other day, or 3rd day, more, less...? I thought I decided I was not ready for babies... so much for that plan.

Imo, I think feeding them every 2-3 days will suffice.

For my 2011 guys, I cut the worms into 6 or 8 pieces. Then, I take one of those and cut it into 4 or 5 pieces fot the 2012 guy! I try to give Hodgins pieces that are no bigger than his head.

Every dag, or every other day. Little pieces, no bigger them his head, until they've got a noticeable but not overly large bulge.

Thanks, I cut it into about ten pieces I think that time... The other 2 had no problem, but Beauty is just so tiny. This last time I cut it into 12 pieces, she still didn't try it, Lacy didn't eat yesterday either, but Sammi ate 6. I will cut it even smaller today. Idk when they were born. I have never seen a new born puget before so it's hard to say. Plus with them being w/c they may not have grown as fast either. Any idea how old they might be?

Judging from the size, I would say no more than a month or two. They are so pretty, I hope Beauty eats for you soon.

    Re: Little squiggle friends :)

Lacy died. Not sure what happened. I found her under the water dish. She was coiled up biting herself. She ate on Tuesday and I was so excited cuz she hadn't eaten for over 2 weeks. I'm so sad to see her go. I was looking forward to seeing how she changed as she grew up. RIP my friend. I'm sorry I couldn't do more for you.

How can I clean the tank out best? I sprayed it down with vinegar water a few times but it still smells odd. I don't want to use anything toxic to Sammi... Thanks
