It could have been the pinkie's bones had cut her insides.Chantel said that one of her snakes cut their mouth on a pinkie's ribs or skull.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I know my little one that I have been working with has the wrinkly skin thing...which you know I figured out seemed to be a retained shed...but she is still very thin and wrinkly...could be a failure to thrive thing. I have no idea about the blood though...it is odd. Definitely sounds like internal bleeding...but as to what would have caused it...I do not know. Again, I am really sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.
