Looks like some kind of Stink Bug.

Yeah. Looks like its just a brown stink bug, Euschistus servus. They're everywhere here

Nope. It wasn't a stink bug. This was longer, slimmer, and not super hard. Not that "shield" type body. Sorry I didn't get a good shot of the back.

This is the best I could do to show the back and shape. The body shape is longer.
