Silver sides or similar in the UK?

I notice that some of the American members feed silversides to their garters and thought I'd give them a go but I can't find them.Does anyone in the Uk know a website where I could get some silversides or similar safe whole fish?My little one is eating chunks of trout nicely but I would think he'd be better off being fed small whole fish.

There was someone else on the forum from this side of the pinkies that used frozen lance fish. I got a pack from my local fish shop and my garters like them, they get fed the lance fish as part of feeding mix now, I tend to use them as a little treat feed between pinky and salmon/trout feeds.

I get 'Dillies' from the local shop, they are a frozen fish food for lion fish I think, but are essentially just silversides or smelt.
They can't be that bad as they were the only thing two of my Florida Blues had ever eaten and they seem pretty healthy (they have been given a more varied diet now)
