I have a huge collection of them, all herp related, including that one, cut out from the newspaper over the years. Not sure if you know this or not, but Gary Larson was totally into herps like us so he did a lot of those.

Love the cartoons! I love the farside too. I used to have this one cartoon of a dog hiding behind a clothes dryer door...with a sign on the dryer pointing inside that said "Cat Fud"...and a cat was looking inside the dryer. Everytime I would look at the cartoon, I would fall on the floor laughing.
