My 5 kids returned from church camp with an extra mouth to feed. Not sure what it's going to be at this point.
No parents around when it was found on the ground. No nest in sight.
I love a surprise.

Aw cute! I wish our little birds had survived. A mother red cardinal decided to built her nest in our rose bush. Unforunately the rose bush isn't all that tall and one of our dogs got to the nest. All four baby birds were killed. Somehow our dog got through the fence we put around the bush in an attempt to protect them. Any idea at all what your bird is?

Was giving the vivs a full clean, so went to the pet shop to get some substrates and the like.....and saw this

Well it's my birthday in a couple of weeks,so wifey got me it as an early present
So as you can imagine I'm one happy chappy right now.
The kids have called him Jazz.....after the Transformer
