With that defect in dogs being more prevalent in albinos, maybe she is het?

One of my dreams is to someday find an albino in my backyard.

    Re: Tiny Eye Radix

    *UPDATE*

After taking a few macro photos of the eye I'm not sure the snake has a tiny eye.
It looks to me like their is a normal size eye in there and that maybe the orbit is the problem.
It looks to me like something is wrong with the area around that eye. It looks sunken in to me.
I'm wondering if this snake as a baby was injured and as she grows the eye orbit is getting smaller. Just a thought.
The lower jaw not lining up wasn't an issue. It only occured in the photo.
I would like any other ideas you might have, please.

Tinyeye is a sweet little radix and I hope she will be with me for a long time.
I'll try to get a few macros of the normal side and post them for comparison.

Here's those other photos. The overhead photo shows some of the problem I see.

It definitely looks like the scale above the eye is smaller than the opposite scale. Perhaps it is just a developmental problem?

Hmm thats strange to see. Like I've said I don't know much about snakes(yet!), but just in general I would assume either congenital defect or possible old injury like you said, Steve. Just hope it doesn't seem to be hurting her

That's weird looking! Doesn't look like it's been too much of a problem for her though

How did her eye exam go? Can she see out of it?

Still, its an interesting weird little quirk with her. It easily could be one or the other, its hard to tell.

    But still, sweet looking girl.
