Sex hasn't been confirmed. We are all going by size and structure.
If you want confirmation you need to post a few nice photos of the underside tail area.
Here is a link to a thread that will teach you to sex your snake or give you an idea of what kind of photos you can post so we can give it a shot.

    Re: Hello all

Steve is right...although the size suggests female and the pic you put up suggests eastern, I would definitely want to see a couple more pics to tell you eastern for sure...and we would need to see the vent area to absolutely confirm that she is a female. If you could put up a few more pics for us, that would be great!

I'd guess female based on size alone, but there's some big boys out there! Tail pics needed for confirmation.

Hey guys, sorry it's taking so long for me to get those pics, we are in the process of moving, and the only camera we have are camera phones. And horrible lighting, as there are no windows in this place. If I was to go outside, we would be choked by exhaust and papermill... As soon as we are done moving, I will take pictures of the vent for a real conformation! :]

Ugh. She is getting more and more rambunctious . She just shed, and was mellow before the shed. Now that she shed she is crazy. I can't really handle her now without her trying to zoom away.

You could try handling before turning her great source on. That way she will associate you with warmth and comfort. Plus if she is a little cooler she won't be so rambunctious.
