Thanks...it is actually more of a light tan that gets darker and darker as she nears shed time...she just shed so she looks very light right now...she looks so light and you can see her patterns very clearly right after her shed. By the time her next shed rolls around, she will be brown. She almost looks greenish right after a shed...and yes, her dorsal stripe almost looks white it's so light. I just think it is so interesting how her colors change!

    Re: Marnie's Snakes

I'm a little concerned tonight because I was feeding Cee Cee some worms and she drug one of them into the aspen and got a little on it when she was eating it. She does not usually drag her food down into the substrate...she usually sticks her head out of her enclosure to eat from the hemostats...but for some reason she took this piece down into it. I tried to get it from her, at the risk of losing a finger, and I managed to get a piece of aspen out of the side of her mouth but I think she may have eaten a couple small pieces. I know she didn't get any large pieces, but I am still worried. Darnit...I am mad at myself too for letting this happen.

Don't loose any sleep over it. What's done is done.
It doesn't sound serious especially if the piece/s were small.
