The average person looks at one of the piles of hundreds of snakes in the snake dens with a little fear and reluctance...the garter snake enthusiast wants to jump in the pile as fast as she can and let the snakes crawl all over her!

Speak for yourself! I don't know about doing that. I'm just as enthusiastic about them but I'll settle for going there and viewing them. I don't think I would have the urge to jump in the pile.

But anyway, I still see the garter snake Uhaul every now and then. When this thread was started I had already seen it a lot of times in WA. Also, I saw it earlier, this spring (saw it southern Oregon on interstate 5 )when I made a drive from Portland to Reno.

Room wall? heck, put 'em on your personal vehicle. I would! I wonder if Uhaul could tell us what company manufactures the decals? Maybe you can get them, or at least ones very similar.
