picked up this little guy earlier today. he's shedding now. i went ahead and offered him a mouse since i had a few sitting out. great feeding response! approximately 26".

While at the port store the other day, Bill fell in love with a red tail boa. It was black, grey, and white. It was very cool looking. To my amazement, the enclosure was immaculate and it had plenty of space! They want $170 for it though.

Okay...sorry to change the topic...but do you guys know of a respiratory infection that cats can pass around? And is it possible that the guinea pigs could have brought it in and given it to my cats? My one cat was coughing and sneezing last week and now my other cat is coughing and sneezing...I noticed one of the guinea pigs was sneezing...I'm a bit worried because my cats are old...but of course they are not on my pet insurance because the insurance will not take senior pets...and I can't afford to take all of my cats to the vet right now.

they're probably just sharing a cold. i wouldn't worry about it unless there is wheezing involved. just keep an eye on them and check for any excessive drainage around the eyes and nose.
