Dark bump under vent?? She or He

I noticed this a few days ago, I'm not sure what it is... There is a visible dark bump underneath Babs cloaca. She doesn't seem constipated, I've let her soak in warm water for an hour, working gently on it, she pooped normal then but it didn't go away. I had thought maybe she ingested a small piece of coco husk, but the only time that may have happened was 2-3 months ago. I'm pretty darn sure that she hasn't eaten substrate though.

It doesn't look like much, but I can feel it, it's like a blood blister under the skin. hard.

Babs has a smokin' orange dorsal stripe.

Is this bump (I can't see anything in the photos) above the vent/cloaca or in the tail?

It feels like just a hard little lump, I believe it's directly under the vent scale itself. It's small.

Still having trouble seeing anything.
Sounds like it's something to watch but not be overly concerned with at this point.

It is REALLY hard to see but I can defiantly feel it. She was from a wild caught very gravid female, two days after she was picked up rather then mowed over, she gave birth to 45 healthy little ones. So Babs is captive born...

I'm terrible at the whole sexing thing...still trying to get the hang of it. But I'm not seeing any tapering after the cloaca...so I'm thinking male. But get another opinion. Keep an eye on the bump...if it gets bigger or shows any signs of infection, let us know.
