I don't think they count as pets...take it over to the Oh So Quiet Thread...and I can complain about my mother and you can complain about your cousins.

Okay...for another gross animal topic...my cat has always had problems with her ears...mites or something. Her ears itch and drive her insane. She gets gross brown stuff in them. I put drops in them and she shakes them and the brown stuff shakes out all over the place. She screams when she scratches them. You can't touch them or she freaks out. She should probably have them cleaned at the vet but they would have to sedate her and she is very old and it would be dangerous. I can't clean them because it hurts her too much. Any suggestions?

My other herp that I have, he's a Leopard Gecko, a desert type gecko that prefers the ground instead of the trees like his tropical cousins.
