what you do is separate them, then get them each a new cage mate.

Thanks. He killed another bird yesterday. It's amazing cuz they're airborne when he grabs them. Then he proudly drops it by my feet half alive. O_o

My black lab used to bring birds and frogs in and drop them at people's feet when we were living in a marsh area for a while. Catching them in the air is pretty impressive though.

Oh...btw..Mike, I forgot to tell you that I already had read something about the guinea pigs eating their poo...and how it can actually be healthy for them. I just wish they would eat all the poo so I wouldn't have to clean it up. I ordered some new bedding today...some kind of wheat pellet stuff that is supposed to be really good...supposedly expands to absorb moisture and if the pigs eat it it's actually good for digestion. I ordered a 20lb bag of the stuff since I have to clean the cage so much. And I'm going to make a vet appt. to have the pigs sexed.

It was an interesting read. And yes, it would be a little more convenient if they'd just eat it all! An edible bedding that aids in digestion sounds like a good idea. Where'd you order it from?
