Re: Hello!!!
cottonmouths are one of my favorite venomous. they're the snake equivalent to a garbage disposal. they'll eat anything
-
Re: Hello!!!
@Mikem, yes they are garbage disposals. Always have been one on my favorite hots for that reason. He would eat anything!!! So I have figured out how co-dependant I am on the internet as I have not been at work and the internet at my house has been down for alomst a week :0 . Always seems kinda sad when you realize you have a technology addiction... Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome!!!

Re: Hello!!!
We have timber rattlers and copperheads in Delaware. It's up for debate on whether or not we have cottonmouths...many people down state claim to have seen them, but many people claim they aren't actually cottonmouths. I have never come across any venomous snakes here in the wild...yet!

Re: Hello!!!
We only have three species of Rattlesnake here in Colorado. In 25ish years of living here, I have only ever seen one. I had to move from the trail I was on because there was a father and two kids playing maybe 20 feet away. I would love to see timbers and copperheads in the wild tho. Beautiful snakes!!
Edit: I might have some photos of me and that rattlesnake come to think of it....
