Yes. He's going to send a syringe, and had me put Ember on paper towels so I can see if he gets any more out.

Good to hear...how is Ember doing?

He's hiding under the paper towel. He hasn't done much of anything to day. I might pick him up and hold hm for a while to make sure he's okay. He moves around quite a bit, so if he isn't as energetic I'll at least know something is wrong.

He's gotten a bit worse. He's really trying to poop now, he's had 4 attempts in the past hour and each time he just prolapses and goes into the death rolls. He did get some bloody urates out a couple times... But it's really not going very well. I don't know whether to pick him up when he goes into the death rolls and run warm water over the prolapse (it helps it to go back in) or leave him alone completely and just let him do his thing. I feel so bad for him...

I think I'd just leave him alone during those times. Don't want to add any more stress to him.

Ember had a bit of trouble going #2 tonight... He looked a bit prolapsed with some hard poo stuck to him. Poor guy. I noticed him doing some sort of death roll around the tank,

Uh oh. That doesn't sound good. And just FYI, the "death roll" is usually a response to severe pain.

Sounds like an impaction. Possibly something causing a blockage / injury in there.

I know the death roll is because of the pain. He doesn't do it at any other time, except when he's trying to poop.

He passes urates sometimes, but nothing else and he's still prolapsed. He ate a little bite of fish. I can't really tell if he'll be able to actually poop, because he hasn't eaten in about 3 weeks.
