Not good! Bad allergy like go to the hospital, or just spend the day in the bathroom?!

I'm allergic to shripm/lobster. Once ate a bit of shrimp that found it's way into my chicken fried rice. Two hours in the ER, and a shot in the rear later...

Happy belated Thanksgiving to all. Hopefully everyone remained safe and fully satisfied with their hoiliday meal! This is my favorite holiday, simply because of family and (of course) food! We were all talking about the one item we would gladly leave off of our plate and the general consensus was mashed potatoes or green beans. My sister-in-law and I both agreed we would much rather have the turnips and creamed onions. Others relish the yams/sweet potatoes and brussell sprouts as a favorite. All-in-all, we had plenty to eat and spent all day doing it!

I can do any other kind of meat, and most seafood except bass. It's a real bummer, because it drives me crazy when Bill and the kids get to eat bacon and I can't. I just smells so good!!

How about turkey bacon, with bacon flavouring added to it? I believe there are flavouring oils you can cook with, that are purely synthetic but taste like it. It wouldn't be any different than the flavouring oils i use in lip balm (except I'm not cooking with those)

I can do turkey bacon and turkey hotdogs. I like the turkey bacon on BLTs.
