    Dirty little radix.
Steve I usually tend to agree with you, but in this case you are flat out wrong my friend! Even when they are in their "dirty" stage they look very good! Thanks for sharing.

My 7 axanthics have been moved to their own enclosure.
Last night I checked on them and could only see 4 of them.
I paniced and pulled them out, searching the whole enclosure for the wayward snakes.
The missing little punks were under the substrate.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that has sieved through substrate looking for a "missing" snake. At least I was only looking for one.
Take care of those little ones, I'm still hoping that they may make it across to this side of the Atlantic. :-)

Don't you love it when that happens!! When all they babies were here, about half loved to hide under the aspen bedding. Gives your heart a jump.

All of our checkereds like to burrow in the aspen. They've got their favourite spots now, so we know the most likely places to find them... that doesn't always mean that they are in those spots when you go looking for them though. :-)

Just shot a few photos. Thought I would share.
These little ones are awesome. The dorsals and laterals really pop on this guys.
Seeing them as adults is going to be something special.
I think these are the prettiest radixes I have.
No offense to any of my other snakes.
