Hey, when you prepare night crawlers like that do you not squeeze out the poop or that black stuff that is inside the worm?
I heard it may be beneficial, what are your thoughts?
I always squeezed it out

I never remove it. I believe it's very good for them.

Last night I fed this group of snakes.
The first snake out was Rudolph and I was taken back at how handsome this male has and is becoming.
He must have just shed. His yellow is getting so bright and his red is awesome.
This is one special red radix male. Wow.

it contains a lot of good minerals they eat it all the time in the wild... no one around to squeeze it out for them
