I drew a of these as gifts for a few people, but didn think to take any pics.

Got one of this though, before I mail it. And apparently before I earase all my smudges and stuff too.. just remembered to do that.

It didnt (doesn't) start out like that, a sketchy, sloppy, light sketch of where the eyes/scales everything is, the I draw it with darker lines, and put color, depth, shaddow in it. Easy.

Ya know, a guy like you who knows so much about snakes, I bet you could get the starting sketchy part down. Make it sloppy, just get the lines placed right, and you just got the most important part of the picture.
