    Check it out. Oregon red spotted garter in this video. And it's anery. Remember what I was telling you guys about where I find the anery's? Garters in that area are infested with tape worms and they get them from these newts.

    Yeah, was thinking the same thing. Doesn't look like the best way to feed.

    I was wondering why the guy even fed them in this way. If one head is a good feeder, then place a card between them and feed the dominant head. Only one needs to swallow the food. There's no need, and plenty of reasons to avoid, the stress and conflict I saw in that video.

    I'd love to see him thrive. Most two-headed snakes don't. If he is, that's great.

    I wouldn't say that. If they make it past their first year, they tend to do just as well as any other snake in captivity. THEY appear to have grown enough that they will probably live a full long life with proper care.
