One last hurrah using the good camera before I go back to school...

These first two are my newest pet, Ohm. He's a Giant American Millipede, and quite possibly the lowest-maintenance pet in existence.





And these are some pics of Sheila, my porch toad. I'm sort of considering her a pet since I've handled and fed her nearly every night this summer. It's been a really great learning experience, and she's a very friendly girl.

They are so awesome. I would like to have a milipede but I cant find them . If I go to a pet store they want an arm and leg for them but I need those to walk and hold my babies....lol but for real I would lve to get one. What do they eat. and how do you take care of them and how do you find them?

Millipedes are cool! I used to have a few! Love your toad too! I miss my frogs and toads! I'm thinking of getting some. Not looking forward to having to buy crickets though!

Here is question about ringneck snakes. My friend found a baby at the school where she was working. She thought I might like it so she gave it too me! (Oh nooooo! Not a baby!!!!! ) I thought my baby garter was small! This baby is TINY!!!! I would like to release it behind my house after the hurricane because I really don't want to keep it but have read that they eat other snakes! I know that they don't get very large but don't they get big enough to eat baby garters?

Well I guess I don't have to worry about this snake. My friend just called and told me that her daughter wants it! This girl has NEVER even had a snake! Her brother has a ball python that she's never shown any interest in! I can't imagine her having to cut up worms either! The poor little thing! Has a better chance in the wild or even with me!!!
