Hmm, just a thought. How big Izy can get? And how big redsided females are usually?

So 91 cm is their usual size?

    Thank you very much, Steve!
RedSided, if I'm correct, you have only males, right? How big are they?

PS. Yes, I'm obsessed with sizes. I'm collecting my snakes due to their sizes, 120 cm max. I like small ones. I'm thinking about Miami corn, because they are like 3 feet or something like that.

I'd like to get some females, and eventually breed in the future, but yup. only males. That's my preferred sex (when i can only keep one) when it comes to garter snakes, not because of size, but because of a lot of things including appearance. (yeah I know)

Right now 3 out of 4 are between 8-11 inches. only a few months old... that doest mean anything, cause they are growing fast!

But my adult is 21 inches and still growing.

My concinnus is younger than all my babies, yet he's bigger than all. He's grown four inches in a month, and is now 11 inches. He should easily reach 2.5 feet.

    Obviously males stay smaller...

    Re: Isis' diary.

So, official lenght of Izy is circa 47 cm (I used a program that RedSidedSPR has provided). Izy doesn't have appetite for 4 days (the last things she ate were two worms). Is it normal for such "big" snakes to not wanting food for 4 days? I'm wondering if this has something to do with the substrate she ate during swallowing the worms.
I measured Kleo and Amon also. Amon's circa 70 cm and Kleo's 58. Because she's lacking some of her tail, I counted that she should have, oh wow, circa 68 cm! Now that's a big girl!

So, nobody answered my question, so I'll ask it again. Is this safe for snake that large to not eating for 5 days now? I mean, she's not obviously a baby anymore, but should I worry?

One of my females (about the same size) didn't eat for 3weeks and she eats like a pig now, They go off food sometimes. I only feed our adult snakes once a week. I wouldn't worry yet.
